Eiden's Fitness small group/semi-private sports performance training is back!!!
Updated: Oct 6

I have always trained athletes privately 1 on 1 and did small group/semi-training for years with my good friend and fellow strength coach Barry Brown. We trained lots of top athletes together and even some entire sports teams. After Barry moved to Florida a few years, I continued to train athletes but just privately. I missed training athletes in small groups. I realized there was something I missed and really enjoyed about training athletes in small groups. I missed the camaraderie and connection with the athletes as well as enjoying working with another strength coach that shared my same passion for training athletes.
I also realized all the benefits that the athletes got from training in small groups. The competitiveness with each other and how they pushed each other. The connections and friendships that were formed. The being a part of something bigger than just themselves. The energy from small group training that an athlete can feel and feed off of.
So, I started to look into doing it again. That's when I met a new trainer, Nick Brahms. Nick isn't new to training and actually has been a successful trainer and coach for years, but he was new to our gym (Fit Club). We connected and became fast friends and even play hockey together now. I realized Nick was a really good, smart, driven and passionate trainer and coach that shared a lot of the same passion and drive for training and training athletes that I did.
That's when I realized Nick was the perfect person and trainer/coach to partner with and start doing small group sports performance training with again. My goal, along with Nick's, is this time to make it even bigger and better than it was before which will end up saying a lot because Barry and I were very successful before and our athletes always got bigger, faster and stronger and increased their sports performance. We are going to take it to another level to the benefit of all the athletes we will work with.
Our small group training will now be called Vegas Elite Sports Performance Training and will focus on all aspects of athletic performance. It will include speed/acceleration training, agility, power development, explosive training, strength training, mobility and flexibility and conditioning. It will be applicable to almost any sport so all types of athletes can benefit and get better. The small group training with both Nick and I coaching will still allow for the 1 on 1 attention and focus that is needed, especially when training young athletes where building that foundation correctly is so important. That is something you don't get when doing large group sports performance training.
