The biggest mistake youth athletes make

Hi there,
The biggest mistake youth athletes make?
They play year-round....
But never build a foundation for proper movement and strength.
Having worked with and trained countless numbers of athletes over the years I know the challenges young athletes in Las Vegas face. They play year-round, they are on a club team, a school team, traveling to showcase events and tournaments and then when you factor in school it doesn't leave a lot of time for training.
The young athletes that I see really grow, develop and flourish in their sports are the ones that recognize the importance of laying that proper foundation and developing all their athletic skills, qualities and traits. They make the time for it and commit to it, and the benefits go far beyond just getting bigger, faster and stronger and increasing their sports performance.
Eiden's Fitness & Sports Performance Training gives them that foundation in the just 8 weeks.
As an athlete growing up, I have always said I would have loved to have had me now to train me back then. I would have loved to have had a very qualified, experienced and proven trainer/coach to work with me. I think about how much better I could have been, how much it would have built more confidence, taught me the correct way to train and move my body correctly and set me up for success.
