Unilateral training benefits
Working on some unilateral training (one side of the body at a time) with a client. There are many reasons and benefits to adding some unilateral training into a program including increasing the range of motion, working stabilizer muscles and improving and helping correct muscle and structural imbalances.
Some of my favorite unilateral exercises I like to use are split squats, lunges, step ups, one arm dumbbell rows, one arm rotator cuff exercises and one arm dumbbell presses. #unilateraltraining #singlelegtraining #legworkout #legexercises #legtraining
