Tips for split squats in proper form

I like using this piece of plastic pipe to help clients get used to doing exercises like step ups and lunges with a barbell. It’s almost weightless but it gets clients used to the feeling of having a bar on their back and also helps with keeping their shoulders back, chest out and back straight when doing these movements.
