The perfect training program?

I often get asked by people what I think is the perfect or best training program or system. I tell people there isn’t one. Every training program, system and philosophy has their strengths and weaknesses and pretty much all can be applicable and effective to a degree based on the person, their body, their goals, level of experience, etc. (especially if you are a beginner or haven’t exercised in a long time and then almost any workout program will produce some type of favorable results as long as someone is consistent).
