The best back exercise you aren't doing

Inverted rows/horizontal rows. A great exercise that works the mid back (scapula retractors like the mid traps and rhomboids), biceps and flexors of the forearms, lats, rear delts, core and glutes among others. It’s also great for core stability, scapula stability and spinal stabilization. This is one of my favorite back exercises and along with the chin up and dead lifts is one of the very best exercises not just for the back but overall that you can do. The problem is I rarely see people doing it. If you aren't doing this exercise in your workouts I highly recommend adding it in.
