Shoulder health on barbell pressing movements

Whenever you are doing any barbell pressing movements you want to have someone there not just for a spot but for the liftoff. The lift off can be hard on the external rotators and the shoulders as you are reaching back to lift the bar off. So if you can you want to get someone to lift the bar off the rack and hand it to you.
