Magnet weights for workout gains

I’m a big fan of using any micro weights to add load to any exercise. I’ve used these magnetic plate mates for years but there are other ones out there too. The reason I like using them so much is most gyms dumbbells go up in 5 lb increments. Well 5 lbs is a pretty big jump up in weight when you are using lighter weight. If you have someone using a 15 lb dumbbell and then they try going up 20 lbs that’s 1/3 of the weight you are increasing. That’s a big jump. It’s only a 5 lb jump in weight but it’s the % of weight you are increasing that’s so significant. Using micro loads helps you progress in much more manageable increments. I use them with everyone but I find it really helpful with advanced trainees who are stuck in a strength plateau. Adding just a small amount of weight of just 1 or 2 lbs can be enough to keep moving them forward in their workouts. I think any micro loading is a great tool to use. #strength #strenthtraining #muscle #strengthgains #musclegain #workout #fitness #bodybuilding #gym #exercise #training💪 #workoutprogress #workoutgains #workoutprogressions #exercise #exerciseprogress #exerciseprogressions #exercisegains #lasvegas #lasvegaspersonaltrainer #personaltrainer #fitnesstrainer #gymtrainer #strengthcoach
