Killer quadricep (legs) tri-set


Doing a leg (primarily quads) tri set with my client Serena of


1️⃣ 1 1/2 Dumbbell squats for 6 to 8 reps with a 4010 rep tempo while performing the 1/2 rep part in the bottom position where the movement is most challenging.


No rest


2️⃣ Body weight split squats with the rear foot elevated to get more range of motion in a 3010 rep tempo for as many reps as possible.


No rest


3️⃣ Leg extensions for 15 reps in a 2010 rep tempo.


Rest 2 minutes


If the weight is heavy enough and the reps are your RM’s (rep maximums, most amount of reps you can do) or close to it your quads should be on fire 🔥 at the end.
