Juicing with greens

This is my favorite version of the mean green juice drink. Here’s how I make it. This makes 2 servings. 2 cups kale I medium lemon 5 celery sticks 1 inch cube of ginger 1 medium red apple 1 medium cucumber It tastes great and it’s a great way to get some fruits and veggies in your diet, especially for someone like me who doesn’t like lots of vegetables (I know that’s sounds bad coming from a trainer but it’s the truth). It’s also low in calories and doesn’t have a lot of carbs.
