If it sounds to good to be true.....

Updated: Jul 7, 2019

"In the fitness industry today there is a traffic jam on the road to riches while the road to truth languishes in quiet desolation."

Rob Faigin, author of Natural Hormonal Enhancement

In the fitness industry today there are lots of myths, misinformation, scams and deception. Some of this misinformation is honest misinformation where someone believes they are telling you accurate information but unfortunately they are just misinformed. Then there is dishonest misinformation where the goal is one thing, your money. One of the biggest culprits of this is in infomercials. Some of the stuff they say is beyond ridiculous. The sad thing is many people believe it. If they didn’t they wouldn’t have these infomercials on TV. It’s simple. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is. There are no shortcuts or quick fixes to getting your body in shape and getting healthier. It requires dedication and hard work. It’s like anything else in life. You will get out of it what you put in. Putting a pill in your mouth requires hardly any effort so why would you expect to get a lot of out of it. #fitness #fitnessmyths #nutrition #supplements #hardwork #dedication #personaltrainer #fitnesstrainer #gymtrainer #workout #fitnesstips #fitnesstip #health #scams #myths #effort #lasvegas #lasvegaspersonaltrainer #strengthcoach

There are no short cuts on the road to success, no matter what the goal. Exercise and fitness goals are no different
