Face pulls = the underrated exercise you need to do

My client MaryKay performing face pulls. This is great exercise that either people don’t know about or just don’t perform in their training program. It is great for shoulder health and posture. It works the scapula retractors (rhomboids and mid traps) as well as the external rotators (teres minor and infraspinatus) with the twist at the end of the movement. For anyone that does a lot of pressing movements and other movements for the chest and front deltoids (shoulders) this is a great exercise to help balance out your shoulders.
