Exercise the key to longevity?

The article cites numerous research studies showing how important exercise (in particular strength training) is to your health and mortality risk.
They state in that article that exercise 🏋️♂️ is the key. The article also cited the positive effects exercise has on cognitive performance and in disease prevention.
