Deltoid/Rotator cuff combo exercise

This is one of my favorite combo exercises, dumbbell side lateral raise to external rotation. You can kill two birds with one stone. With the side lateral raise you are working the medial and anterior deltoids (shoulders) as well as the upper trapezius and with the external rotation you work the rotator cuff musclesx (infraspinatus and teres minor as well the supraspinatus). Rotator cuff exercises don't usually rank up there on the list of exercises people like train so this combo exercise is a good way to some rotator cuff work into your training program.
