Consistency is the key
Being a trainer and strength coach people have always thought that I wake up everyday just dying to workout and that I love every second I’m in the gym working out, especially when I’m really lean and in top shape.
The truth is there are many days that I don’t feel like working out and even when I do get to the gym there are times when I just feel like getting it over with.
This is what separates people who are successful in their health, fitness and sports performance goals. It’s easy to go train and workout when you want to and when you are motivated. Just go to any gym after January 1st and see all the people working out. Go back a few weeks later and see how many people are there. It’s easy to go to the gym and train when you want to and when you are motivated.
The hard part is going when you don’t want to go and when you aren’t motivated.
