Avocado = Super Food

One of my favorite foods. A great food to have in your diet. Along with all the great benefits and nutrients in avocados they are very low in carbs (about 3 or 4 grams of carbs in one medium size avocado once you minus the fiber out) and high in fiber (about 10 grams of fiber per medium avocado). This makes it great for anyone trying to lose body fat with the low carbs and high fiber along with healthy monounsaturated fats. If you don’t eat avocados try adding them into your diet.
