Are you willing to push yourself enough to achieve your goals?
My favorite Arnold quote. This kind of goes along with my video the other day about pushing yourself in workouts.
I was thinking about this after I finished a very tough leg workout that when it got really tough I just sucked it up and pushed myself to finish. When I was dying towards the end of the workout I thought “how many people out there are pushing themselves through a leg workout like this early on a Sunday morning?”. I ended up laying down for an hour afterwards I was so drained.
How many people are willing to push themselves hard enough to get the results they want? How many people take the easy way out and don’t finish their last exercise, last set or last reps? How many people can push past the discomfort and pain? Are you willing to push yourself to achieve your goals or do you take the easy way out?
With any meaningful and worthwhile goal you have to be willing to push yourself, make sacrifices and get out of your comfort zone.
